Andrew M. Rhodes

Andrew is the Managing and joint Senior Partner of Sobell Rhodes.

He is known as "The Strategic Accountant" and is a leading authority on strategy and profit improvement for owner-managed businesses and professional practices.

His work with some of the UK's fastest-growing businesses enables him to develop highly successful strategies to help SMEs achieve faster growth and improved profitability. In doing so, he has contributed to the development of the "Complete Advisory Solution," the world's leading advisory toolkits for accountants to help their clients improve their businesses.

Andrew has set up many of Sobell Rhodes' specialist divisions and is a founder of the international accountants association, INAA.

He is responsible for ensuring that the quality of Sobell Rhodes' service always remains at a consistently high standard and will want to know immediately of any worries or concerns that clients may have.

Andrew facilitates, coaches and mentors entrepreneurs, business owners and professional practices on strategy, profit improvement, pricing policies and marketing.

He is a frequent speaker on business development and strategy issues and has chaired a number of seminars and business forums. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.

In recognition of his contribution to the accountancy profession, he's been voted "UK Managing Partner of the Year."

He is married to his teenage sweetheart Marion, and they have four children. His outside interests include riding his electric bikes and collecting antique accountancy memorabilia. His favourite time is being on holiday with all of his large family.
