This is a very exciting opportunity for the right person to take on an important senior role, where your expertise and contributions will be highly appreciated and valued. As a Tax Partner, you will be at the forefront of our tax advisory services, driving growth in this area, working closely with all the partners, and leading a talented team of tax professionals.
It will also include developing even deeper relationships with our varied portfolio of clients and key introducers to the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leadership & Strategy: Lead and grow the tax division, collaborate closely with the firm’s partners to shape and implement strategic initiatives to achieve our growth objectives and enhance our market position.
• Client Advisory: Deliver high-level tax advisory services to clients across various industries, including corporate and personal tax. Provide innovative solutions to complex tax issues, ensuring compliance and maximising client value.
• Business Development: Drive the growth of our tax practice by developing new client relationships and expanding services with existing clients. Actively participate in networking events, industry forums, and marketing initiatives to raise the profile of the firm.
• Team Development: Leading and further developing our team of talented tax professionals, in a cooperative and supportive way that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Oversee the tax compliance process to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Manage risk within the practice, ensuring the highest standards of quality and ethics are maintained.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Expertise: ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in a senior tax role, at director or partner level.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of UK tax legislation and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply complex tax concepts to a wide range of client scenarios.
• Leadership: Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on client service and team collaboration.
• Client-Centric Approach: Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored tax solutions.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrate ability to drive business growth through effective marketing, networking, and business development strategies
