Steve grew his consulting business from a spare bedroom to 40 people – and then passed it to his management team when he reached 50th birthday.

Along the way he wrote the 7-part BBC TV series “Easy Money” and 7 business books, was named “UK Entrepreneur of The Year” by a leading business magazine, and received over 500 glowing testimonials on LinkedIn.

He is now passionate about using business as a force for good to help tackle the problems facing humanity and the planet as set out so compellingly in the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

His personal goal is to inspire and enable 1000 impact-driven businesses to unlock 100 million days of life-changing help to those in need around the world by 2030. And the ideas in his critically acclaimed TEDx talk “Tipping the Global Legacy Scales” have already been used by small and medium sized businesses to unlock over 42 million days of that kind of help.

After almost 40 year of marriage to a fellow accountant who hails from Newcastle, he is still a Watford FC fan. And still plays tennis and blues guitar very badly.
